By accessing or using ULTRON Infrastructure Intelligence ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

2. Description of Service

ULTRON provides AI-powered infrastructure intelligence, including server diagnostics, threat intelligence, DevOps copilot assistance, and self-healing advisory capabilities. The Service uses read-only local node agents to collect infrastructure metrics without requiring destructive access to your systems.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your infrastructure data and content. You grant ULTRON a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Security and Compliance

ULTRON uses read-only local node agents. We do not have write access to your infrastructure. Any repair actions recommended by ULTRON require your explicit approval before execution. We implement industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

ULTRON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ULTRON and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
